I, Rapulu Nduka Esq. heartily felicitate with the officers, Bar leaders and entire members of the Muslim Lawyers’ Association of Nigeria (MULAN) on the occasion of her NEC meeting taking place from the 28th – 1st March 2020, at the conference hall of 3 Star Hotel, Dutse, Jigawa State.
