Mother’s Day is celebrated twice a year – three weeks before Easter Sunday in the United Kingdom, and the second Sunday in May in Australia, Canada and the United States.
In Nigeria we combine the traditions of the UK and US, and celebrate our Mothers twice a year – because they are very special.
