Paul Usoro SAN the winner of the 2018 elections of the Nigerian Bar Association has received his certificate of return from the Chairman of the Election Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association(ECNBA) PROF Yadudu.
Courtroom Mail recalls that the election was held on the 18th and 19th of August instead of sometime in July as provided by the Constitution of the Nigerian Bar Association.
However,the constitution provides for NEC ratification if there is any reason for holding the election beyond the date hence the ratification.
Paul Usoro will become the 29th President of the NBA after he is sworn in on Friday and shall serve for a tenure of two years.
He will be serving along side others elected in different capacities .
