NBA ACHIEVES SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE ON FIRST DAY OF BOYCOTT.
Distinguished Colleagues, we thank you for standing firm on rule of law and due process.
The boycott directed by the National Executive Committee of the NBA is yielding positive results.
Information from our monitoring teams from the various branches of the NBA confirm that there is substantial compliance by members. Naturally, full compliance may not be achieved on the first day of the boycott. However, there is increasing assurance from bar leaders and members of full compliance by members, as the boycott continues.
We thank you for standing resolute in the face of attempts by the Executive arm of government to erode the independence of the Judiciary.
