PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari Monday held a closed-door meeting with the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun and the APC leader, Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu. But the two presiding officers of the National Assembly alongside the APC National Chairman held their own meeting separately with the President at the Presidential Villa without Chief Tinubu.
Also present at the meeting with the National Assembly presiding officers was the Chairman of Nigeria Governors Forum, NGF, and Governor of Zamfara State, Abdulaziz Yari. It was immediately Saraki and Dogara who drove in the same vehicle left that Tinubu was ushered in for his own meeting with the President. Oyegun and Yari also left the meeting the same time with Saraki and Dogara. The National caucus of the APC is expected to hold its meeting at the New Banquet Hall, Presidential Villa later on Monday
