A group of lawyers known as the Lagos Avocats FK, on Sunday, 29th of March, 2020 held their second Knowledge sharing session titled “The Implications of Force Majeure on Sports Contracts: COVID-19 As A Case Study”.
The lecture, which was facilitated by Adeyinka Abdusalam, an Associate at Punuka Attorneys, sought to provide solutions to some of the many contractual problems which are likely to occur as a result of the outbreak of Coronavirus and other similar events.
