More branches of the Nigerian Bar Association have reported compliance with the directive of the association to boycott courts on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Lawyers at the High Court,Igbosere Lagos reported about 75% compliance as a few lawyers were seen moving around.
The High court Ikeja recorded a tremendous success as an enforcement team of lawyers were on ground to stop any potential court proceedings .
The Nigerian Bar Association Kaduna and Jalingo complied with the directive along with Owerri branch.
Nigerian Bar Association ,Aba recorded a 100% success as lawyers only came to court to take dates for their matters.
Awka and Onitsha boycott were successful including the whole branches in Cross River State where all Lawyers complied with the directives.
In Makurdi,the success was 100% .
Lawyers in Warri,Effurun,Uromi,Oleh stood strongly with the directives.
Pockets of activities took place in a few Abuja courts until lawyers started leaving in the afternoon when some of the courts did not sit.
