The Assistant Secretary General-Elect of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Uchenna Nwadialo sent heartfelt birthday wishes to the Mercy Ijato Agada who is the Treasurer-Elect of same Association. She had sent her a simple message on social media which read:

First off I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Thanks!
