Titilayo Shittabey has been appointed a permanent secretary in the Lagos State Public Service by his excellency, Gov. Babajide Sanwoolu.
Titi, studied law at the university of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom and did her LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law at the Kings College also in the United Kingdom. She was once a State Counsel with the Lagos State Ministry of Justice and until her appointment, she was the director of public prosecution (DPP) for Lagos State.
With this latest development, Titi eminently sits atop the Lagos State ministry of Justice as the permanent secretary and doubling as the State’s solicitor-general.
