The President will be court on Monday. He informed the EFCC earlier today that he will attend court on Monday even though he was not served.
The decision to attend court was made after high powered meetings and consultations with very senior members of the Bar.
The President believes it is in the interest of Justice to have judicial pronouncements on these allegations
