Dr. Ajibade, SAN gave this advice while speaking at the webinar organised by the Young Lawyers Forum, Nigerian Bar Association, Ijebu- Ode branch with the theme “The Survival of Young Lawyers in a Highly Competitive Legal Market Amidst Crave for Self Development”
The Learned Silk urged the participants to take their personal development seriously and be passionate about it as it will make them marketable to employers and clients.
Drawing from his own personal experience, Dr Ajibade SAN tasked the participants to take courses online to broaden their horizon, get professional certification from reputable institutes, proceed for post graduate studies and mastering specific areas of law where they can develop expertise.
