I am pleased with the candidacy of Dr. Rapuluchukwu Ernest Nduka who is running for the office of the National Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association. It is my firm belief that the Bar will witness seamless communication dissemination with Dr. Nduka as its Publicity Secretary.
Dr. Nduka has distinguished himself in Information Communication Technology and the attendant skills will be a great asset to the Bar especially in a technologically-driven 21st century society.
I will love to see a virile Nigeria Bar Association.
