Court strikes out case on OAU VC appointment

The Federal High Court, Osogbo, Osun State has said that it lacks jurisdiction to hear a case challenging alleged irregularities in the appointment of the Vice-Chancellor of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

The case was between the OAU Governing Council and workers of the university under the aegis of Non-academic Staff Union of Universities and the Senior Staff Association of Universities.
