Recall that in the Explanatory Note of the NBA President, Paul Usoro SAN to the proposed amendment of the NBA Constitution dated and published on 30/7/2019, copious references were made to the NBA Organogram as approved by the National Executive Committee of the NBA at its meeting which held on 28/3/2019.
