Good day distinguished colleagues.
The general insecurity situation in Anambra State has become intractable and appears to be beyond the control of State Security agencies.
Consequent upon the above development, and after wide and due consultations with necessary stakeholders, it is the general consensus that the Leadership Symposium scheduled to hold on Friday, 8th day of October, 2021 be postponed until normalcy returns in the State.
Gentlemen, the above decision is a very difficult one considering the effort and commitments that have been put towards the preparation of the event.
May I at this juncture thank the Committee of Chairmen and Secretaries of NBA Branches in Anambra State, members of the local organizing committee and every other person who have contributed towards the planning of the event.
We shall continue to communicate and update ourselves as we watch the security situation in the State.
