The Nigerian Bar Association, Benin Branch- the Lion Bar has issued a Condolence message in a Statement signed by the Secretary of the Lion Bar- Pius Idemudia Oiwoh Esq., AICMC, over the the recent demise of DC Francis Bissong Esq, a Member of the Bar and the Deputy Commissioner of Police Investigation, in the Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Zone 5 Headquarters,Benin City .

The Bar received the news of the demise of our dear colleague, amiable friend and one who identifies regularly with us and on our wathsapp platforms, Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of investigation, Zone 5 Headquarter, Benin City, Francis Bissong Esq., who transited after a brief illness. The deceased who was a friend to lawyers and members of the public was a refined and truly friendly police officer who will be sorely missed by all. He was also intelligent and Godfearing as he was guided by conscience and comradeship
