Paul Usoro (SAN) in his goodwill message to  Anaocha branch of the Nigerian Bar Association on the Occasion of their 2017 law week has restated the importance of  binding laws to regulate the activities and conduct of Citizens.

He commended the branch on the choice of the theme of the conference “Law as an instrument of sustainable Change in the 21st Century” as depicting the branch’s recognition of the importance of the rule of law in National economic development and transformation which every nation must strive to achieve. He said that indeed no nation can make any significant progress towards a sustainable society without binding laws which regulate the activities and conduct of its citizens, whether social, economic, religious or political.

He prayed earnestly that this year’s celebration of the branch’s law week will bring uncommon and significant innovations to the Branch and the legal Profession at large.
