In a statement released by the NBA Akure Branch and signed by the Chairman, Ola Dan Olawale Esq., the Akure Branch of the NBA has condemned the kidnap of Hon. Justice Abdul Dogo and enjoined security agencies to ensure his release.
The statement reads:
RE: KIDNAP OF HONOURABLE JUSTICE ABDUL DOGO, JUDGE OF THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT, AKURE DIVISION .
The Nigerian Bar Association, Akure Branch wishes to condemn the kidnapping of Hon. Justice Abdul Dogo of the Federal High Court, Akure Division.
Hon. Justice Dogo was reportedly kidnapped by gunmen along Ibilo-Okene road, Edo State on Wednesday, 23rd October, 2019.
We call on security agencies to do all that is required in ensuring speedy release of His Lordship.
