| Winners |
| Winners will be announced in early March 2020. INTA will award the authors of the top two papers in the student category and the top paper in the professional category. The student category winners will each receive US $2,500 and a complimentary registration to the 2020 Annual Meeting. The professional category winner will receive a complimentary registration to the 2020 Annual Meeting and a set of Stephen P. Ladas’s three-volume treatise, Patents, Trademarks, and Related Rights. Winning papers will also be considered for possible publication in The Trademark Reporter (TMR), INTA’s legal journal; publication will be subject to the TMR Committee’s editorial review and approval. |
