Just like the saying goes, that when the sun rises in the morning, it blossoms by noon and its brilliant rays permeates the nooks and crannies of the world, so does Dr. Rapulu Ernest Nduka’s brilliance radiates.

I have known Dr. Rapulu right from his kindergarten days, his time at the prestigious Dennis Memorial Grammar School, Onitsha, his days as an undergraduate at Abia State University, up till when he was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. All these period are classified as years of doggedness and determination from a young man, who was bent on actualizing greater heights and potentials for himself, despite his privileged background.

Taking a leaf from the above stated, Dr. Rapulu added more feathers to his cap wherein he enrolled for, and obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Information Technology and Telecommunications law from Strathclyde, Glasgow, United Kingdom in 2009 and followed up same with a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Cyber-law from the University of South Africa, Pretoria.

Dr. Rapulu with all the aforestated qualifications has served the NBA in various capacities and his records speak volume.

There’s no better time for the Nigerian Bar to improve on its section of information management than now with a person well versed in ICT who seeks to serve her as the Chief Information’s Officer.

The time is now.
