A summary is simply – Sign up or login- Upload a profile picture- request verification- Pay for the premium service- get verified- login and update your profile to include Notary Public. Every other feature will appear automatically.
Note, to sign up on Courtroom Mail and get listed is free.
However, including Notary Public in your profile, having the verification mark, having the messaging feature etc are premium services.
To list as a Notary Public or upgrade to a verified user who can use the messaging feature and other premium services, you have to Sign up first as a Lawyer/Advocate free of Charge and become a subscriber. You will receive an email when you sign up. You may need to check your email.
When you are signed up, you will be redirected to your profile. You will need to upload a Profile Picture ( You cannot be upgraded to a verified lawyer or Notary Public if you do not have a Profile Picture)
If you have already logged out, login to your profile and upload a profile picture.

After Signing up or logging in (if you are an existing subscriber), request verification.
Your verification request will be approved in 24hours after your payment is received.
When you are verified, you will receive an email.
Login to your profile, click setting and update your profile.
In updating your profile, the option to include Notary Public will appear . Select it. Also update your Bio. A short Bio will help your profile.
The verified mark will be on your profile, the messaging feature will appear on your profile where you can send and receive messages.
