Dr. Rapuluchukwu Nduka served NBA Onitsha Bar diligently in his capacity as the Publicity Secretary and Secretary. His enviable records speaks volumes till date.
I am confident that he will use his expertise in telecommunication and information technology law to rebrand the Bar.
