The Nigerian Bar Association( NBA) has scheduled an emergency National Executive Committee meeting of the Association ahead of the association’s election scheduled for 18th of July 2026.The Statement of the General Secretary in a notice of meeting states
“On the directive of the President of the Nigerian Bar Association, I write to formally notify you of an Emergency Meeting of the National Executive Council (NEC) convened to consider urgent matters affecting the Association.
The meeting is scheduled to hold as follows:
Date: Thursday, 16th July, 2026
Time: 2:00 p.m. Prompt
Venue: Virtual Meeting (the meeting link will be circulated before the commencement of the meeting)
