Lawyers have erupted in jubilation as news filtered in this evening that Anthony Atata is back in the race for NBA Lagos chair.
The election committee of the Nigerian Bar Association ,Lagos branch has upturned their decision disqualifying Anthony Atata from running in the forthcoming branch elections .
Anthony Atata has been disqualified on the 18th of May because the call to bar certificates of the two Lawyers who nominated him were not included along side his nomination.
Anthony Atata along with some of his supporters met and prepared an appeal the following day.
By a communication this afternoon, the committee upturned their decision disqualifying him and gave him a go ahead to continue in the race.
