Another history has been made at the ongoing Lawyers Table Tennis Open – Mfon Usoro Cup as Chioma Ifebunso who flew in from Abuja to Lagos to compete in this year’s lawyers Table Tennis Open – Mfon Usoro Cup knocked out the defending Champion Titilayo Osagie in final game of best of 5 that ended with Chiolma wining the first three games.
Excitement erupted at the Table Tennis hall of the Eko Club where the event is currently taking place as Chioma emerged the winner.
It was a chaotic frenzy.
Titilayo Osagie has dominated the women’s singles since 2010 losing on twice.
Chioma will be the third person to defeat her in the finals since the female event began in 2010.
