The event will feature Felicity Toube, QC (as the key speaker) and other speakers sharing practical perspectives and experiences on the mechanics of Company Voluntary Arrangements and Administration under Nigeria’s Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020. These restructuring procedures in Nigeria’s CAMA 2020 are modelled after similar procedures in the UK Insolvency Act 1986.
