Abimbola Olufunke Osinubi Esq. has emerged as the winner of the competition which took place in three stages and was contended for by forty-one (41) young lawyers.
Miss Osinubi also won the George Etomi Courtroommail Prize competition held this year.
Miss. Abimbola Olufunke Osinubi obtained her LLB. degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University with a Second Class Upper grade.
She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. Abimbola began her career as a Pupil State Counsel with the DPP, Lagos State Ministry of Justice, where she was actively involved in the Criminal Litigation and Legal Advisory groups. She is currently an Associate in the Law Firm of Animashaun, Animashaun and Associates where she’s honing her skills in Litigation, Commercial/Corporate Law Practice, Probate and Trusts, Property Law and Legal Drafting and Reviewing legal documents. She is a resourceful researcher, a bibliophile and result oriented. She’s motivated by meeting set targets within deadlines, as it gives her a sense of accomplishment.
Abimbola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (UK).
