a) His full name is Alexander Nduka Muoka.
b) He was born in 1971 in Surulere, Lagos State to parents of Anambra State origin.
c) He attended ADRAO International Primary School in Victoria Island, Lagos.
d) He attended Methodist Boys’ High School in Lagos Island, Lagos.
e) He studied law at the Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos and graduated in 1990 with a 2nd Class Lower Degree.
f) He attended the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos from 1990-1991 and made a 2nd Class Upper Degree.
g) He was the best graduating Law School student in Company Law and Commercial Practice in 1991 and won the Prize for the subject.
h) He did his NYSC with Abiola Holdings Limited in Lagos.
i) He did his LL.M at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos.
j) He commenced legal practice at the firm of Tunde Odanye & Co., in Lagos after youth service.
k) He established his law firm A. Muoka & Co., in 1997.
l) He has colleagues in his law firm (A. Muoka & Co.) who have been with him for over 10 years.
m) He served as Secretary of the NBA Lagos Branch Building Committee under the then Chairmanship of the revered Alhaji Femi Okunnu, SAN CON.
n) He was Secretary of the NBA Lagos Branch from 2011-2013.
o) He was Chairman of the NBA Lagos Branch from 2013-2015.
p) He was NEC Representative of the NBA Lagos Branch from 2015-2017.
q) He was a member of the NBA Technical Committee on Conference Planning in 2017.
r) He has been a member of the NBA-NEC from 2011 till date and is known for insightful contributions at meetings.
s) He was Treasurer of the Intellectual Property Lawyers’ Association of Nigeria (IPLAN) for several years.
t) He pioneered the cashless policy in NBA Lagos Branch in 2013, and ensured the settlement of all inherited branch debts.
u) He introduced the NBA Lagos Branch ‘Elder’s Night’ which has become part of the annual Branch Law Week programme till date.
v) He entrenched knowledge sharing at the Monthly General Meetings of the NBA Lagos Branch (particularly on Professional Ethics).
w) He pursued a Branch Group Life Insurance Scheme.
x) He has great writing skills and exemplified this as Secretary and Chairman of the NBA Lagos Branch.
y) He co-authored the book, My Learned Friend – Etiquette, Code and Perfection For The Legal Profession with Mrs Labake Adetunmbi.
z) He pioneered branch-wide regular email communication with members of the NBA Lagos Branch in 2011.
