Prominent Kuruman attorney Katlego Moribe gunned down in suspected targeted attack
Katlego Moribe, a 38-year-old prominent attorney in Kuruman, was fatally shot on June 1, around 21h00 at Seoding Block A, House 12, Assegai Hostel.
He was ambushed and struck by nine bullets in a suspected targeted attack, leading to his death at the scene.
The Kuruman South Africa Police Service (SAPS) is investigating the murder, with no suspects identified and the motive still unknown. The crime scene remains under police guard, and authorities are urging anyone with information to contact them or Crime Stop at 08600 10111.
