The Maiden edition of Emeka Ozoani SAN Courtroom Mail Prize for young Lawyers will open on Saturday 22nd of March 2025.
The competition forming part of Courtroom Mail series of competitions is open to young lawyers of 1-7 years post call across Nigeria i.e Lawyers called to the bar from 2018 until date.
Three prizes will be awarded to three winners. The First position will take N500, 000.00, the 2nd position N300, 000.00 and the 3rd N200, 000.00
All a participant is required to do is to login or sign up to answer the registration question that will be posted on Monday 24th of March 2025. All the answers will be on the comment section of the question and subsequent questions.
The competition will be in three stages.
As soon as a participant answers the registration question, registration is deemed to have been received whether he or she answers correctly or not. The registration closes on the 5th of April 2025 and all the participants who have answered the registration question will be deemed to be the registered participants.
The second question(s) will be posted at 8am on Saturday 12th of April 2025 and will close same day.
Half of the participants to answer correctly in stage 2 will qualify for the final stage of the competition which will be posted at 8am on Saturday 26th of April 2025.
The first three participants to answer the final question(s) correctly will emerge the winners of the 2025 Emeka Ozoani SAN Courtroom Mail Prize for young Lawyers.
Please note:
When any participant answers any question twice in any stage, the first answer will be considered.
To emerge the winner, one must participate in the registration question, stage 2 question and then the finals.
All questions will be posted at 8am on Saturday the 12th of April and Saturday 26th of April. Speed is of the essence.
